Employee Purchase Programs


The Employee Purchase Plan is a way of passing on a discount offered by Dell, Apple and Lexmark to Department of Education (DOE) employees for home use. You are entering into a contract with the manufacturer of the equipment (or its corporate representative) directly and the DOE is not a party to that contract. You agree to abide by the terms of the employee purchase plan offered by the manufacturer. The DOE disclaims any liability in connection with the sale to employees. The DOE has no responsibility to service the machine or to resolve any disputes that might arise with respect to the operation of the machine. All inquiries should be directed to the respective manufacturer of the equipment.
